各位殿

たびたびお伝えしておりますように、ベトナムは、２０１７年頃の原発１号機運転開
始を目処に目下プレ・フィージビリティ・スタディ（Pre-F/S)など一連の準備作業を
進めておりますが、これに呼応して各国（ロシア、フランス、中国、韓国、カナダ、
日本等）の対越原子力商戦も徐々に熾烈になっております。次にご紹介するのは、最
近とくに活発化している韓国の動きに関するもの（韓国通信社の報道をBBCがモニ
ターしたもの）で、スウェーデン・ウプサラ大学アジア太平洋研究所長の池上雅子先
生から送られてきたものです。ご参考まで。
