北朝鮮問題は目下急展開中で、情勢分析が追いつかない状態ですが、昨日発表された
米国ブルッキングズ研究所報告は、昨年末までの北東アジア情勢と今後の展望を比較
的よくまとめておりますので、ご参考まで（この情報は在日米国大使館提供）。
